I apologize for missing the meeting. Yesterday was the ACLU press conference detailing our settlement against the Newport School District and we are also have our daughter home from college with a terrible case of the flu. Hope the meeting was productive! ~ Karyl

I will probably have to miss the meeting to be at the IUCC health care forum,
but I'd like to recommend that OCEC get a booth at the

Reminder: Outreach Meeting
Date and Time: September 9, 2009 from 6:30pm to 8pm
Location: Minerva's Home
The first part of the evening will be a regular meeting. In the second part we will split off into breakout groups to work on specific areas - please bring a laptop if you have one. Suggested areas of focus include: Art Show, Teach In, Fundraiser, Youth Group, Storytellers.

ACTION (AIDS Care Teams In Our Neighborhoods) will be showing the movie Milk on August 14th 6:30PM. OCEC will have a table at this event. If you are interested in tabling and talking to people about OCEC please let me know.
